A reliable source tells us that the Hartford Courant is going to eliminate CTLliving, its daily features section. Apparently other specialty sections will continue. CTLiving will now be some kind of back page of the B section which, our source tells us ” will be called CTNow, which proves that bad names do not die.”

The National Association of Black Journalists is holding its annual convention in Tampa as we speak. Keisha Grant of WVIT-TV and Rick Hancock, Journalist / Academic / Entrepreneur, are in attendance this year. We’re hearing that the number of people heading to Tampa may be down due to the economy but the agenda looks interesting.
