Colin McEnroe accurately writes today that UConn Daily Campus reporter Kate Monohan has produced the best account of what actually happened on Saturday night that resulted in the death of Jasper Howard.
As Colin points out, Ms. Monohan “understood that explaining what happened was Job One.”

Yeah the DC has more detail than most of the news outlets, they should be credited with adding information to this tragic story as the entire UConn community searches for answers. DC reporters vary in their quality over the years, some are amazingly good, some are not, but Kate Monohan did her job well, although I wish we could compliment her under happier circumstances.
And a compliment to Colin McEnroe on pointing that out.
