Oxford’s new First Selectman has hired reporter Joanne Pelton to serve as his administrative aide. Joanne worked as a reporter for 34 years, mostly covering the Naugatuck Valley for the New Haven Register, the Connecticut Post and the Waterbury Republican-American.
