Some WFSB Notes

We failed to note that WFSB alum Dianna Rocco has returned to the station to do some fill-in reporting… …and Connecticut native Mike Cameron returns to the state from WFSB’s sister station in Saginaw to be a weekend meteorologist.

New NBC Connecticut Hires

 NBC Connecticut has hired two new reporters…..  Ilana Gold comes to the station from KOAT in Albuquerque… Dianna Russini will be a  general assignment reporter and sports anchor…. the stations she’s worked for include WNBC and Comcast Sports Network.

Rocky to Providence

WLNE in Providence (ABC), which recently let go former FoxCT’er Irene Mahoney-Paige from the News Director job, has hired one of her former colleagues as her replacement: former FoxCT News Director Bob “Rocky” Rockstroh. Rocky was most recently an executive producer at Verizon’s FiOs1 News in Rye Brook, NY.
