Pondering the Tribune Sale

Fox CT

The news that Tribune Company, post-bankruptcy, has hired JPMorgan Chase and Evercore Partners to sell its flagship newspapers has the national media speculating about the future of the Chicago Tribune and the LA Times. We here in Connecticut are probably more curious about the fate of the Hartford Courant and FoxCT.

Questions/comments that Laurel readers have sent include:

If Tribune sells the Courant, what does this mean for the Courant/Fox61 relationship? Will Fox 61 have to move out of the building, or will the Courant move out, or will Fox 61 have to lease the space?  What’s in the future for CEO & Publisher Rich Graziano?
