Fox CT was under fire for what has been deemed “inappropriate file footage” of women’s breasts during a Morning News report on Women’s Day at the state Capitol. The footage, which focused on women’s breasts, drew immediate criticism on Facebook, Twitter and other online news sites. “The video should never have aired,” the company said in a statement. “FOX CT will publicly apologize on today’s newscasts, as well as through our social media platforms. We are also implementing procedures to keep this from happening in the future.”

Inappropriate?? In this society I truly doubt its a moral sin. Insensitive yes. An apology is due nothing more.. The world isn’t Boobs its the brains that count.. The fixation in society has to change. Grow up everyone. J.

No, it’s not a moral sin, just blatant disrespect in a society that is already rampant with disrespect for women, especially in the media. And it was certainly more than “insensitive”. This was a deliberate act with specifically shot footage of womens breasts which was then aired specifically in conjunction with a segment on what is supposed to be a day of recognition for the accomplishments of women. Having said that, I do not think this incident represents the views of the station, but instead the mentality of a grown man with the sensibilities of a 14 year old.
So the station that puts out to pasture any woman over the age of 40 and replaces them with stripper rejects was insensitive? Shocking. The station that is run by a creep like Graziano did this? I am amazed.
They need whatever viewers that footage brings in. Lame lame lame. They make 8 look professional.
