<div>
<blockquote>
<p><em>A lot mixed emotions this morning as Jamie Muro has announced he’s leaving News8. Jamie is heading over to the dark side, working in media relations for Sullivan &amp; LeShane in Hartford. In his 8 years at WTNH, Jamie has not only been one of our best reporters, but his attitude and sunny demeanor have really been a positive in the newsroom, and he and TomP have gotten the Middletown Newsroom off to a great start. While I won’t miss his Dallas Cowboy helmet, I’ll definitely miss Jamie both on-air and in-person. Jamie’s last day will be Friday, June 28th. A search for his replacement will begin immediately. Please join me in wishing him nothing but the best!</em></p>
