Photo: WNPRIt appears the Scoop of Political Year 2017 (thus far) belonged to Hartford Courant columnist Kevin Rennie and his blog “Daily Ructions.”At about 1:10 p.m. Thursday Rennie posted that Governor Malloy would not seek a third term. Others followed. When asked, Rennie said, “The clue was in the wording of the email[news advisory] that he was making an ‘announcement’ at 2 pm. Slightly different wording than usual for 6 years.
