On yesterday’s edition of Face the State, Jim appeared and talked politics with Dennis House’s reporter panel, but also discussed the disease with which he’s afflicted – lupus – and reports that his health has improved. Courant Reporter Joining Murphy Press Office

Hartford Courant reporter Amanda Falcone has taken a job with the Connecticut office of US Senator Chris Murphy as Deputy Press Secretary. Before working at the Courant, Amanda reported for the Meriden Record-Journal. Her first day at the new job is May 2nd.
