The Courant reports this morning that Chris Cooper, Governor Rell’s press secretary, is taking early retirement and is leaving the Governor’s office. Chris has been a public servant for the past 31 years and has worked for both Republican and Democratic administrations throughout his tenure. He is a big loss for the Governor during these difficult times in state government and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors!
