Maribel La Luz has served as the City of Hartford’s Director of Communications and New Media for more than three years and recently as the Director of Marketing, Events and Cultural Affairs. She is now moving on: to Higher Ed. La Luz has been named Director of Communications for the Board of Regents with the Connecticut State Colleges & Universities. Michael Kozlowski remains Director of Public Affairs and Marketing. Congrats!
