Former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson of Greenwich is being praised as a “feminist heroine” less than two months after her Fox shattering sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes.
As noted previously by The Laurel, her decision to file a lawsuit against one of the most powerful men in television news was done at great risk to her own career and reputation, but at the same time has given courage to others to come forward. The ensuing investigation has also uncovered deep troubles within Fox that the network is only beginning to reckon with.
