CBS Radio is merging with Entercom creating the second largest radio ownership group in the country by revenue.
Entercom will be based in Philadelphia and own 244 stations and signals in 23 or the 25 largest markets.
This is the third – and perhaps final time – CBS has changed its plans for its radio stations in the last year.
