A small craft advisory is in effect for the planned merger between Sinclair Broadcast Group and Tribune Media, the owner of Fox 61 and WCCT in Connecticut.
The Justice Department has asked both companies for additional information which signals to some observers that the federal government has anti-trust concerns about the merger.
