One of the longest serving anchors for New England Cable News is leaving after 25 years.
Mike Nikitas broke the news in a memo to fellow staff. He says he will pursue business and teaching opportunities once he signs off for the last time. He joined NECN soon after it went on the air and also contributed reporting to NBC Boston.
