“Under its nonprofit parent The Connecticut News Project, The Connecticut Mirror has a staff of 10 at bureaus in Hartford and Washington. As a subsidiary of New York City-based Hearst Corp., Hearst Connecticut Media employs about 200 journalists at the daily newspapers Connecticut Post, Danbury News-Times, Greenwich Time, Middletown Press, New Haven Register, Norwalk Hour, Stamford Advocate and Register Citizen covering Torrington, as well as 20 weeklies and Connecticut Magazine.”
