Nexstar, which owns Connecticut TV stations WTNH and Fox61, is selling 61 to Virginia company TEGNA. The deal is contingent on Nexstar closing on its $4.1 billion acquisition of Tribune Media. This would make Nexstar the nation’s largest owner of TV Stations.
