Brian Shactman is joining Ray Dunaway to co-host WTIC 1080’s morning show. Brian is a former NBC Connecticut anchor and most recently an anchor at NBC 10 Boston & NECN. He left in December. Read more about his broadcasting background here. He has the big shoes of Joe D’Ambrosio to fill as Ray’s co-host but we welcome him back to Connecticut.

A native of Swampscott, Massachusetts, Shactman lived in Connecticut from 1998 to 2007 while working at NBC Connecticut and ESPN. Shactman and his family moved back to Connecticut from Massachusetts about a year and a half ago when his wife, Jessica Matzkin, became dean of students at The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor.
