Late Friday the Federal Communications Commission gave approval to Gray Television‘s $2.8 billion deal to buy Meredith Corporation‘s television stations, including WFSB in Hartford. The FCC rejected two objections to the deal.
The deal is expected to close in two weeks on December 1.
