Daily Ructions reports that former state representative Themis Klarides (R) will announce on Dennis House’s Sunday program her plans to seek the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate. Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal (D) currently holds the seat and is up for re-election this November.
