Joining Lamont Communications Director Adam Joseph on the second floor of the State Capitol will be Julia Bergman, currently a political reporter for Hearst CT Media and formerly of The Day. Julia has been named Deputy Communications Director.
Mellaney Castro, a Special Assistant to the Governor, will be Senior Press Secretary.
