An unexpected guest happened to drop by the Hall of the Connecticut House of Representatives Tuesday afternoon as Governor Lamont(D) was doing a teleprompter check before his budget address today(Wednesday).
Georgia Secretary of the State Brad Raffensperger(R) was in Hartford and of course stopped by to visit the Capitol, which is similar in design to the Georgia Capitol.
Presumably he was not searching far and wide for 11,780 missing votes.
