The same thinking that brought us the chemistry of CNN’s latest morning team is now reportedly working to pair Charles Barkley and Gayle King(WFSB) in the evenings.
What we know, according to various reports, is that neither King or Barkley would be interested in doing a daily show – so the result might be something like MSNBC’s one night experiment with Rachel Maddow.
CNN has been holding open its 9p.m. time slot since the departure of Chris Cuomo last year.
