It’s not that Augusta, Georgia is just no place to be, but after four years at WRDW/WAGT Anthony Carpino has landed a job in his home state with NBC Connecticut as a weekday meteorologist.
Carpino is leaving Augusta on a high note. The weather crew at WRDW just received the “Best Weather Team” award from the Georgia Association of Broadcasters.
