Gannett is advertising for a candidate for a one year reporting fellowship covering the Connecticut Capitol, as we call it here(Gannett calls it the “statehouse”). The fellowship runs from January to December of next year and pays $24.04 an hour. Motivation: unclear. Gannett owns the Norwich Bulletin in Connecticut.
