Former Hartford Courant writer and editor Tom Condon is dead at the age of 78. He died following a recurrence of cancer, according to the CT Mirror.
Condon spent 45 years at the Courant and wrote frequently for the Mirror following his retirement in 2015. He was best known for his coverage of urban development.
