It is often said that the dead live on in those they have touched during their lives.
If that is the case, part of the soul of former Hartford Courant writer and editor Tom Condon, is living in Philadelphia through the work of former Courant writer Helen Ubinas.
She now writes for the Philadelphia Inquirer and this week published her remembrance of Condon and what he meant for her career and her own role as a mentor in her community.
