We’re told that George Moore, a reporter for the Meriden Record-Journal for about four years, has resigned to pursue a graduate degree at UConn. Moore also worked at the New Britain Herald. He recently won an award in the CT SPJ competition.
Moore’s departure comes a week after another R-J reporter, Andrew Perlot, left to work on his website full-time: http://www.raw-food-health.net/.
