After 40 years as a radio newsman he is retiring. Twenty-nine years out of that four decades was spent cruising the streets in New York City looking for news and finding it every day.
Before joining 1010 WINS Jones was an anchor and reporter for WPOP in Hartford – back when it was a true, local and live all news station.
