The Times of New York published a profile of New Hampshire Public Radio reporter Lauren Chooljian and the harassment she and her family have endured since she began working on a series of reports concerning alleged sexual misconduct involving the leader of a local non-profit.
As the Times points out, the threats and vandalism targeting Chooljian are part of a disturbing trend across the country involving people who view the press as the enemy of rather than as a distinguishing feature of the United States of America.
New Hampshire Public Radio is a member of the New England News Collaborative which is managed from Hartford by Connecticut Public Media(WNPR).
