The Day of New London has finalized a deal to move out of its historic headquarters building to a new downtown location near City Hall.
You may remember The Day sold its building earlier this year for $1.8 million. It will use some of the proceeds of that sale to lease new space in the former Frontier Communications building nearby.
According to preliminary plans, the new owner of The Day’s original building plans to convert the space for use as a hotel, restaurants, and apartments.
