Again, for all our good friends in Middletown, we would highly recommend Journalism 101 if it’s available in the spring semester.
In the syllabus you’ll find stuff on freedom of the press, objectivity, being tolerant of the views of others even when they don’t agree with you, and our personal favorite, not picking fights “with people who buy ink by the barrel.” So on and so forth. It’s all in there.
