Chuck Carter is leaving Connecticut to join WPIX, Tribune’s affiliate in New York City, as managing editor. Carter joins WPIX from WTIC FOX CT, Tribune’s affiliate in Hartford. As Managing Editor, Carter will be responsible for overseeing the station’s news coverage, Assignment Desk and all specialty units.
