New Haven Register columnist Randall Beach looks way back at one of the original locations of the Register news operations.
His memory of a newsroom full of electric typewriters is really not that long ago. Neither is his memory of “glue pots and scissors” used to cut and paste when “cut and paste” meant exactly that.
The Register is moving to a new location off I-91 next week, changing the view fro 95 South forever.
