This is because wfsb is downright cheap!
Right! Not to mention, Cablevision/Optimum is under no obligation to carry WFSB in Fairfield County because we’re considered out-of-market. Channel 3 is free over-the-air, so why should we have to pay for their service when we could just put up an antenna outside? It’s not like they’re offering something we couldn’t get elsewhere. There’s plenty of other options out there and if Channel 3 doesn’t give in, they’re going to end up like FOX61 and Channel 20 a couple years ago: off the Fairfield County line-up for good! These companies need to make it work behind the scenes and stop dragging us through their disagreements. It’s really too bad because we, the consumers/viewers, always lose in the end anyway.
