Former WFSB sports anchor/reporter and Hartford Whaler play by play man Bob Neumeier is dead.
He died Saturday night according to his family.
After leaving Hartford Neumeier was a well-known and well-liked sports personality in Boston at both WBZ and WEEI. He was also a long-time part of NBC’s horse racing team.
Neumeier was 70.
