After moving from NBC30 to WHDH-TV Channel 7, in Boston, Brandon Rudat is now keeping busy in Los Angeles as a general assignment reporter for a CW affiliate. He has covered news such as a burglary at Lindsay Lohan’s house to the brush fires in Santa Barbara. That must be quite a change from the east coast. You may recall that Rudat was dropped from WHDH-TV but in comments he made at the time, was just as happy not to follow the direction that the station’s news deparment was taking.
NBC30 is having a sneak peak of their new building Friday at 11pm
good to hear about Brandon! The station in Boston(WHDH) has been totally going lame. They are not even a serious choice for news anymore, which is why people like Brandon and Randy Price are no longer there. Bigger and better, good for Brandon.
They showed a mini-sneak peak Tuesday night as well. Looks great over there! I’ll have to watch again tonight, thanks John.
While watching ktla 5 news, i noticed a reporter who looked familiar. The eyes, those eye brows. Lol, you know they’re quite recognizable. It’s Brandon Rudat. I’ve been in cali for ten months now, and i don’t like the news anchors out here. Nothing like home, esp nbc 30. Good seeing a familiar face. Didn’t know he was 3 yrs younger than me. But kudos to him.
