There is speculation in the industry about the exact future of CBS Radio.
Earlier this year CBS announced it was spinning off its radio business, but details have never been publicly disclosed as the network searches for the most business savvy solution. In advance of a radio trade show in Nashville the latest thought is CBS Radio will make an initial public offering.
CBS owns WTIC-AM/FM and other Connecticut properties.
