The news cycle is moving so fast in 2024 that it may seem too late to wait until February to take the time to look back at 2023, but that is what the Connecticut Foundation for Open Government plans to do on February 8. It happens to be the same day the U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments on whether former President Trump can appear on the ballot as a candidate this year.
