The Hartford Courant’s Director of Audience Engagement Megan Merrigan is now part of a select group of women chosen for the Online News Association’s Women’s Leadership Accelerator 2020.
The program is organized by the Online News Association, founded in 1999. This year, 26 women were chosen from more than 400 applicants.
“The Women’s Leadership Accelerator is an intensive program that supercharges the leadership and management skills of women who are pushing digital innovation,” according to the Online News Association’s website.
The program includes leadership and management development and mentorship, a full year of personal coaching and registration, travel and accommodations for the 2020 Online News Association Conference in Atlanta.
