The February 2012 issue of Connecticut Magazine includes an “Editor’s Letter” worth noting. Longtime editor Charlie Monagan explains that last October the magazine ran a story called “Monica’s Story” which profiled a woman with a history of infidelity, drug use and sexual abuse. The Editor’s Letter explains that while names were not used, some people who knew this woman contacted the magazine to refute her story.
We’re not seeing the original story or the Editor’s Letter online, but the issue is currently on the newstands.
