On Monday you’re going to cover Memorial Day traffic, the usual assortment of parades, and god forbid some horrible shooting. For something a little different, head down to Old Saybrook where the public is being given the first look at the soon-to-open Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center. Ann Nyberg of WTNH, a KHCAC board member,  is among those who will serve as docents for the tours.  Full disclosure: some of us Laurel-ites are working with KHCAC. Further full disclosure: we hated covering traffic and are trying to save a few reporters and photographers from having to stand on the shoulder of I-95.
