Rich Coppola, a graduate of East Haven High School, is joining the town’s government as the director of administration, management and economic development. The announcement was made by Mayor Joseph Carfora.
Coppola very quietly left the news business in February of this year. He worked for 30 years as the sports director for Fox 61 before moving to WTNH for nearly five years.
