The Hartford Courant announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Reminder Media, Inc., the publisher of ReminderNews, a group of 15 free weekly newspapers in eastern and northern Connecticut. The announcement was made today via press release and stated that the transaction is due to close in April.
