The Connecticut Broadcasters Association (CBA) has embarked on a statewide effort to recruit mentors for local youth through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America program. Beginning in January, radio and TV stations across CT will broadcast public service announcements encouraging residents to become mentors as part of “National Mentoring Month”. More than 1,000 children across Connecticut are waiting to be matched, and through this joint partnership hope to find mentors for all of those children.
