The Day of New London and the Hearst CT Media group are among the papers nationwide dropping the Dilbert comic strip.
The move comes after the strip’s creator, Scott Adams, made controversial remarks about racism in the United States. In one interview over the weekend, Adams predicted Dilbert would be off the pages of almost every newspaper in the country by today(Monday).
The latest twist in the story has Tesla and Twitter owner Elon Musk coming to Adams’ defense publicly.
