Connecticut Public Media is one of several public media outlets to receive grant money from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting to expand state government news coverage.
Connecticut Public is receiving a two-year grant of $217,000. The grant money is being distributed to stations in seven states. CT Public says the money will be used to support one full-time reporter covering state government issues.
