If you haven’t noticed, the Connecticut governor’s race is already reaching 2010 temperature levels a week after the Republican primary. Charges, counter charges and active shaming are dominating the TV ad discourse with the election almost three months away.

With that as background, Digital Media First has launched DividedConnecticut.com, a blog produced and curated by Jennifer Swift of Connecticut Magazine and Brian Charles of the New Haven Register. Over the next several weeks they will be looking at what they have identified as the top six issues of the 2014 race: Immigration, health care, jobs, the economy, crime and housing.

It looks like a great place for the latest breaking news on the campaign and in depth discussion of the issues you might miss if you are relying only on the battle of the TV ads.
