ICYMI – Jim Brady, a local newsman with a recent background in Internet news publishing, has been named “public editor” for ESPN.
The role is similar to the role of an ombudsman. He’s been hired to critique Bristol based ESPN’s coverage and programming from the inside.
Brady is known for founding Philadephia’s Billy Penn.com.
