B.J. Finnell has been named director of brand and creative development for Fox 61 and WCCT.
A Connecticut native, Finnell has had a long career in both TV news and marketing. In this new position he will be putting those two skillsets together in a manner reminiscent of the creation of the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, or Certs – the mint that was “two mints in one”:
“I want to combine my skills as a journalist with my marketing experience to help a TV station where I know just about everybody. I can’t wait to get started,” Finnell said.
